From the highlands of Yirgacheffe, where wild coffee was born, this natural-processed Heirloom carries the untamed sweetness of its land. Setegne Kifle harvests the cherries by hand and dries them whole under the Ethiopian sun, letting the fruit slowly transfer its sweetness into the seed over weeks. The result is a coffee that doesn't ask for sugar — it arrives already carrying it.

In the cup, expect a wave of honey and ripe tropical fruit — kiwi, lychee, passion fruit — balanced by the depth of dark chocolate and the delicate lift of jasmine and green tea. The body is creamy and smooth, with a medium acidity driven by malic and tartaric notes that keep every sip bright and alive.
