The combination of rich volcanic soil, consistent altitude between 1,200 and 1,800 metres, and the meticulous work of multi-generational farming families creates ideal conditions for exceptional cup quality.
NĀWI sources exclusively from Finca San Francisco in Juayúa — a 207-hectare estate managed by Andrés Salaverría, fifth generation of a coffee family with
over 100 years of history in the region. His approach balances deep-rooted tradition with contemporary processing techniques, from classic aerobic washed fermentation to anaerobic honey methods — always with full traceability and a commitment to quality at every stage of the chain.
Our El Salvador offering presents two distinct expressions of the same terroir: a classic Bourbon processed through extended aerobic fermentation, and a rare Geisha lot finished with the Sleeping Bag technique. Two processes, two varietals, one exceptional origin.
