Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Exceptions — Perishable & Sealed Goods

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Coffee products where the sealed packaging has been opened, as these are perishable goods that cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons once unsealed.
  • Custom or personalised orders.

Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at support@nawicoffee.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
