1. General

These Terms of Service govern the use of the online store at nawicoffee.com, operated by NAWI BRANDS, LDA and its brand NĀWI Coffee Roasters, registered in Portugal NIF: PT519060644, with registered address at Rua Maria Lamas 1B, 2810-143 Almada, Portugal.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Products

All coffee products are roasted to order and may vary slightly in appearance from images shown. We reserve the right to modify our product range at any time. Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept the payment methods available at checkout. All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped to Portugal and EU countries. Delivery times and shipping costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers based in the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This right does not apply to opened or unsealed coffee products, as these are perishable goods. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Liability

NAWI BRANDS, LDA and NĀWI Coffee Roasters shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on nawicoffee.com including the NĀWI brand, logo, images, and text — is the exclusive property of NAWI BRANDS, LDA and NĀWI Coffee Roasters and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to the consumer's right to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms available at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
