Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Since our coffee is roasted to order, some batches may require an additional 1–2 days before dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to Portugal (mainland, Azores, and Madeira) and to all European Union countries.

3. Delivery Times & Costs

Portugal and Spain (Mainland)

  • Standard shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over 48 €

Azores, Madeira and Spain Islands.

  • Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Express shipping 3-5 business days
  • Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

European Union

  • Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Express shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or high-demand periods.

4. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.

5. Customs & Import Duties (EU)

As Portugal is an EU member state, there are no customs duties for shipments within the EU. For any non-EU destinations (if applicable), the customer is responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the carrier will make additional attempts or hold the parcel at a local pickup point. NĀWI Coffee Roasters is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@nawicoffee.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
